Sellers name a valuation. Buyers name a ticket.

A seller lists a block: "$1.0M of Anduril at $58B." Buyers say how much they want. No seller? Buyers still post what they’d pay — that becomes visible demand.

02 — FILL

The block fills in public

Everyone sees how much is claimed and by how many. The seller picks who to close with. Buyers who wanted a lower valuation stay in the pool as demand for the next seller.

03 — SETTLE

Money moves, then we get paid

ROFR runs, funds escrow, shares transfer, company countersigns. Only then does StockTransit take 4.5% from each side. No close, no fee.
