Why $58B instead of the $61B round price?
Because I want this to close before Q4, and common is common — no liquidation preference. Five percent felt like the honest number.

Will Anduril actually approve the transfer?
They've approved three secondary transfers this year that I know of. flaik filed the request on Sep 3; no reason to expect a block.
